Our experience:
Sales needs a new perspective.
We were in the same boat as many companies, struggling with sales. We tried all the usual stuff - boring network events, cold-calling, expensive booths at conferences, mass mailings, social media outreach ... you name it.

But year after year, our conversion rates kept dropping. It felt like we were pushing people away from sales instead of attracting them. And with work/life balance being increasingly important these days, getting prospects to show up at events or seminars was getting harder by the minute.

So we needed something new, something different, a once in a lifetime opportunity that you would wan't to let pass if you had the opportunity...

Cycling as the Ultimate Relationship Builder
People prefer to do business with people they know and trust. That's why we we are convinced that it's important focus on building relationships first, as sales will follow naturally.
Climbing a mountain side by side on a cycling trip creates a deep bond. You're in the same boat, overcoming obstacles together. This shared experience naturally strengthens connections.

So in the future, In a commoditizing economy, people are more likely to choose you as a partner over people they do now know.
The Event.
Experience life as a PRO rider
So we came up with the idea for an event that would really stand out, something that we also wouldn't want to miss for the world, being passionate cyclists ourselves.

We organised a cycling trip in Calpe, Spain, with a mix of customers, prospects and co-workers, aiming to create an unforgettable experience and have a taste of what life is for PRO riders on training camps.
​
We invited the former world champion CX to join us to be our guide and share his experience. With massages, bike cleaning and healthy food we aimed to make the trip as realistic as possible.
​
Each evening featured keynotes covering business topics, sports insights, and exploring parallels between the business and cycling worlds.
​
The event turned out to be a huge succes and relationships were forged that still last until this day. In the year that followed we had earned back a multiple of the investment while we still are still reaping the benefits by being connected and doing business with the participants to this day, despite no longer being affiliated with the same company.

That's when we decided to start Cyclelink, where our mission is to facilitate the creation of new relationships, enhance your business, all while integrating your favourite sport into the core of it.
